    Formaggio ecologico artigianale di latte caprino pastorizzato dall'aspetto attraente per la presenza di erbe aromatiche, che gli conferiscono un caratteristico odore di bosco, su cui spicca la sajolida.

    La pasta del formaggio è bianco, compatto, chiuso e di pasta morbida e di consistenza delicata. In bocca è un formaggio molto aromatico dato dalle tante erbe che lo circondano. La consistenza è delicata e tende ad una cremosità che allunga il gusto del formaggio. Il profumo è erbaceo, floreale e intenso, con note vegetali caratteristiche della maturazione.
